HR Executive Job Opening

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources and Administrative Assistant. The Human Resources and Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the HR team and assisting with administrative tasks. This includes handling employee records, organizing documents, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Perform all HR responsibilities including recruiting new employees.
  • Manage employee attendance and maintain accurate records.
  • Oversee staff welfare programs and initiatives.
  • Handle confidential employee information with the utmost discretion.

Administrative Support:

  • Call potential leads and answer inbound inquiries.
  • Maintain data on leads and follow up as necessary.
  • Manage payment follow-ups with clients and vendors.
  • Send quotations and invoices to clients.
  • Conduct basic accounting tasks such as calculating staff salaries and processing payments.
  • Maintain and update a meeting calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.


  • Proven experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
